There is any library for SNMP requests to others devices?

Digi has not shipped an SNMP client library for the Rabbit. You might be able to re-purpose some of the SNMP server code for building an SNMP GET and sending it to another device, but you’d need to have a good understanding of the SNMP protocol to do so.
