Do I need to upgrade or install other library?

Best regards

What module and board are you working with? What version of XCTU are you working with?

Sparkfun Usb Explorer with XBee 868 Pro and XCTU
Version: 6.2.0
Build ID: 20150508-6

In Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid Vervet x86_64 with Oracle Java 1.8.0_60

Best regards

I don’t think that the Exporere board from Spark fun can provide the current requirments of the XBee PRO 868 module hence the issues you are seeing. I would suggest contact Spark Fun and first seeing if there is an updated driver you should be using and second if that board can support and proivide the current that the 868 PRO module wants.

Don’t worry.

I take about two months without this error. If reappears again, I try to contact with Sparkfun.

I use this reference WRL-11812 , V21

Only with XCTU, for microcontroller or microprocessor I use UART and work fine.

Thank you and regards.
