can anyone provide a throughput benchmark for the 9P or the NS9750 processor? Simple TFTP timed with a stopwatch is good for now. We are looking for a new cpu card with good throughput. previous arm card is < 1Mbs even then they have 10/100 controller.

I do not have results of the tests run on WinCE,
however you should expect around 5-6 MB/s sustained throughput with the DIGI ARM9-based modules.
Of course there is some difference between TCP and UDP (the latter will be faster).
