Factory reset my SOM CCIMX8MN

My CCIMX8MN SOM doesnt boot proprely.
is the file imx-boot-ccimx8mn-dvk_rescue_boot.bin-flash_evk given in digi homepage the right one for factory reset the SOM ccimx8mn ?
Can someone tell me the difference between
imx-boot-ccimx8mn-dvk_rescue_boot.bin-flash_evk and
imx-boot-ccimx8mn-dvk.bin-flash_evk.
