Is it possible not to use the 2.4Ghz band for communication between two XBEE S2, but the 433MHz or 5GHz ??
If so, how to fix it ?

No it is not possible. That product is a 2.4 GHz product only.
and with another type of XBee (pro , S1) ?
No, Digi does not offer any XBee products operating in the 433MHz or 5.6 GHz band. All of there products operate in the ISM bands of 868MHz, 900 MHz or 2.4 GHz
