No, you only need to assign one IP address to the unit itself and not the individual ports (although that can be done too).
How do you want to use the ports (COM or tty ports on host O.S., TCP socket, TCP tunnel, autotelnet, etc…)?

Sounds like you want to console manage the Routers. If so, the following document should be useful:

But now i got some question! my portserver works perfectly, I got two connections to the PortServr throu SecureCRT termina emulation to Pix Firewalls, How can disconnect the telnet sessions?
I try: quit, exit, Ctrl+[ non of those works. How can I disconnect telnet because I`m using SecureCRT terminal emulation?

You will want to use ] to break out of the telnet session.
