I manage to make the nodes to join to the coordinator. After joining the network, does the node needs to broadcast its Cluster ID?

I have a Gateway with Home Automation Profile and I am trying to design a node to communicate with it. I have a off-the-shelf sensor and it has no issue to join and communicate with the Gateway.

Anyone knows what is the steps?

Sounds like what you need is a copy of the HA profile. You will need to obtain that from the Zigbee Alliance at www.zigbee.org

I have look through the HA profile but it doesn’t mention step-by-step how the communication works between the coordinator and router. If you have some example code, it will be good and easier to understand.
