how do i reset my XbeeS2 modules

hi all,

Just recently i can’t log in/ access my Xbee modules via X-CTU. i have tried so many tricks to reset them, all to no avail…although i suspect a power/voltage burnout…please how do i restore the modules, how can i confirm if they are actually burnt?..

What recovery links did you try?
Is the module or board getting heat?

i connected the rst and ground pins when prompted by X-ctu.
None of the module or board gets hot.
