This is probably not the best place for that. What I would suggest is looking at one of the various XBee Sensor books that are on the Market. They generally provide you with the kind of information you are looking for. You might even want to check some of the hobbyist web site such as SparkFun Electronics. They generally have How To articles and videos for the beginners.
