How to run the MIBMAN utility

I would like to use MIBMAN but I don’t find any program or shortcut so named. I only found a mibman.jar but I haven’t get any idea about the way to launch MIBMAN. Any idea ? thanks

java -jar C:/netos60_gnu/bin/mibman.jar seems working.
