How to save sensor data and send it later to the Device Cloud

Hello,

My ConnectPort does not always have good RSSI signal.
I want to implement in the an appllication capable of saving the data received from the sensors into the CP X4 memory and send it later to the Device Cloud, when it gets RSSI signal.
I can’t find any documentation to do this.
