i know i have to have a different virtual com ports in my x-ctu window, but, i only have 1 i.e com4. i have downloaded my drivers for virtual com ports from ftp://ftp1.digi.com/support/driver/ftdi_WindowsVista_7_Drivers.zip, but i don’t know how to install them. Please help me!

no, i am usng Foca v2.2. Wouldn’t i have the different com ports regardless of the xplorer i use?
Only if you use the proper driver. In this case, you need to get the driver from Foca and install there driver for their board. The driver that is on Digi’s web site is for a Digi manufactured interface board only.
