The hardware that is included with the radio kit fails frequently and I would like to convert the clip in Ethernet type plug to a threaded connection of some sort. Can you please provide me with a resource for this upgrade?

Amk, that is not something Digi offers but the cable is designed to be modified and Digi does provide the wiring diagram in the 9xtend NEMA’s product manual that can be used as reference.
