Need Board Edge Pin Outs for P/N 70001199 (AccelePort 8r 422 PCI Adapter)

I need to know the pin number for CLEAR TO SEND (+) and CLEAR TO SEND (-) on the 78 pin D edge connector on the board, for each of the 8 serial 422 ports.
