I have an RCM3200 using DC 9.62 and RabbitWeb functioning where a browser acts as a remote control. The browser periodically refreshes via a meta refresh command. I need a watchdog function such that the system goes to a safe mode of operation if a refresh command is not detected for a few seconds. How can I detect that a refresh occurs?
