I see that with BL4S200 is possible to make current measurements (4 to 20 ma).
Actually I need to make -5 to +5 ma measurements. Is that possible with BL4S200?
Do I have to make a calibration?

That is not possible. Calibrating will not make a difference. You need to supply a voltage of 0-2.5V and read 4-20ma.
