NERC CIP-007 technical feasibility exception for PortServer TS?

We require a technical feasibility exception for the PortServer TS, in regards to CIP-007:

1. Password meeting minimum of 8 chars
2. Password complexity
3. Password changing at specific frequency
4. Maximum number of failed login attemps
5. Lockout of user account due to failed login attempts
6. Generation of security alert when maximum failed login attempts exceeded
7. Logging capabilities of security events and alerts
