It works. So silly, i am , i did not need to set cfg802.11 driver to get wpa_supplicant working for SoftAP.
And about the Bluetooth problem (which drove me to this bad process after the uboot problem ), i think it was due to the “BlueZ utilities” still cheked during all my different trials in “Pre built applications”.
One more great thanks and apologize for my silly questions but all those configurations are à bit tricky.
I am now able to order my next 20 ccard.
