Not reading modem data / not connecting to cellular network

Hi,

We have Digi XBee 3 LTE-M/NB-IoT low power module and have problems getting modem to work. When we power modem (3.3V) sometimes it work’s other time it doesn’t connect to cellular network nor it displays IMEI, ICCID, IMSI… in Digi XBee Studio software. We tried different firmware’s (1171E, 11720). What can we do to resolve this issue?

What is the lowest voltage level that we can use to power the modem? In datasheet it’s stated 2.7-4.3 V on your web site it’s stated as 3.3-4.3 V.

With 2G Fall back enabled, the power requirements are 3.4 - 4.3VDC. Digi XBee®3 Global LTE-M/NB-IoT User Guide (with Low Power)

I have low-power variant so 2G Fall back is not available.

I would suggest looking at your power supply and making sure you are providing the radio the current it needs. If you have not already done so, you can look at the schematic of the Digi interface board via the KB.
