Once my Ethernet interface is up and running, what happens if I connect the cable to a different network? Will the module reestablish a new link, renegotiate the protocol/speed then request a new DHCP? If not, how would I do this without rebooting the board?
One other question, does the PHY chip link status glitch on a typical network? In other words, if I see that signal deactivate, is that a reliable indication I should reestablish the interface?
