RCM6700 serial port

Hi all,
i have rabbit RCM 6700 miniCore. how i can communication via serial port?
i need send text via serial port, and waiting for reply, and print to stdio.
In samples i found nothing, only send via port C and receive from port D. In my project i need send and receive in port C.
Is there sample program? or tutorial?
