i have two xbee pro 868 and i have seen from the datasheet that it is possible to know the rssi value of a packet with DB command. Is there a way to know that value without At command but with API like other xbee models?

If you are using API mode, then you would still need to query the DB command. It just could be done using the local AT command API Frame.
