Sending break as a radius user on TS-2

I set up our TS-2 to use radius authentication, but when logged in as a user via radius I am unable to break out of a serial connection. Ctrl-[ does nothing. When I log in as a local user (root or admin) the control sequence works fine. I’m guessing that there is a missing profile for users when someone logs in via radius. Something that would allow the “set user connectesc” variable to be set.

Anyone know how to fix this?
