PortServer TS 16 is not allowing access using RADIUS although config seems okay

I configured RADIUS on a PortServer TS 16. The configuration seems good. I also configured the RADIUS server to use it as the authentication mechanism. The logs on the RADIUS server show that authentication is successful and being passed but the UI is not allowing access to the device interface.

I also tried accessing using the CLI and get an Access Denied response although the RADIUS server shows the authentication is good.

Any thoughts?

I am seeing this same issue on a Portserver TS 4 H

I have been able to figure out why the portserver is dentying access even though the RADIUS server is sending back a Accept.
