Set S2C as coordinator

I’m trying to configure a XBee Pro S2C as a coordinator using XCTU via OTA configuration

I have attached an Xbee Pro S2B physically on COM132 and it is discovered by XCTU. I then click on “discover Radio Nodes” button and it discovers the device as an XBP24C, Function Set ZigBee Firmware Version 4043.

I then go to CE Coordinator Enable and select “enabled [1]” I press the write button and I get the following error message:

Error writing the following AT parameters: WR: Connection Timeout.

Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

Are you able to go into the terminal function and issue the AT commands successfully?
