Simultaneous transmission does work ?

My plan is that a PC with XB24-ZB receives sensor data from each end device (XB24-ZB) every 10 minutes. A number of end devices is about 20.

The message has 30 bytes long and alpha-numerics with unique addresses.

In the transparent mode (both PC and devices), can the PC receive each message independently ? I mean, 30 bytes long of data are kept as-is ? I wonder when multiple transmissions happen simultaneously, messages may conflict and be lost.

Your any advice will be appreciated.

I have self resolved the issue.
In my testing with a cordinator, 2 routers and an end device which recently I got represented that AT mode was not suitable for 1:n communication.
Instead, I configured all xbees as API mode then it works fine.
