Good morning, I am having problems with soldering the net+50 208 pin QFP on a pcb for assembly. I have learned the plating is tin - not sure exact composition at this time. The solder joint is dull gray - this is expected. We have failures at pins. If we rework the part by hand, it is OK. Has anyone else seen these problems. We expect that our profile needs to be hotter, but we do not have any feedback on the recommended profile to use. Please let me know how you adjusted your profile for production jobs. Thank you.
