TCP Modbus on Connect Port X2

I have tried to find an answer to this but the page always takes me to X4 and the models are not the same.

So the question is “Will Connect Port X2 PN (1P)50001527-29S support modbus”. Do i need to run the python file to support modbus or will it support modbus natively on the box or does this model not support modbus.
