Does WR11-L600-DE1-8U support IPv6 / Teredo?
If so, what are the instructions to implement.
if not, what models do?

At the moment the WR range does not support IPv6 on the wan interface.
This should be arriving in the next firmware release 6.2.x.x
I have not seen anything that they will support Teredo
