Q: In the XBee3 series, are there any documents that describe test data related to noise such as EMI and EMS?
Please let me know whether or not there is any published documentation on the noise performance of the XBee3.

I am not sure I understand your question. Any testing report that Digi would have would be of the module mounted on the Digi Interface board. The documents that Digi does offer can be found at Certifications and Radio Equipment Directive (RED) | Digi International
