I have my radios set in API mode when a packet is received there is an option in the frame for 0x01 that says the packet has been ACKed. Does this mean that my radio received the packet, sent an ACK back to the sender and then the sender ACKed the ACK?
Which packet type are you asking about?
Sorry - ignore my previous post. You’re referring to packet type 0x01 (TX Request), right?
The 0x01 option value doesn’t say the packet has been ACKed. It’s an instruction to the destinatiion XBee not to send an ACK.
