Several TransPort WR21 devices displayed a message “QMI is not available” after an attempt to switch carrier using the Wizard. Updated firmware with no change in behavior. Restored default configuration with no change. How can this be corrected?
Hi it sounds like the carrier switch might not have worked or is in a wiered state as the router is not able to talk to the module over the QMI interface.
it might be wise to talk the tech support about this
