WR54 management console unreachable after a while

Hi there. I’ve got a new WR54 configured since few days. This device has issues. When configuring or modifying parameters you need to click on APPLY. When I am doing so Nothing happens and the blue square Apply button is still blue. I need to refresh the web page and whith a little help (or chance) it did the trick. Second - a more serious pb - after a while when i try to connect to the mgt interface (https) the device seems unreachable until a timeout. However a ping to the Lan port is ok. Weird. The only thing I can do is a device reset then I need to re configure it until next pb - which is 1 or 2 hours later. Any help appreciated here. Philippe

Is your device running the latest firmware version? If not, please upgrade it and see if the stability improves (or goes away): https://www.digi.com/support/productdetail?pid=5645&type=firmware

Yes during configuration process I had the WR54 firmware updated to the latest release

Apparently by using SSH I was able to double check the Wan’s and Lan’s setup. It’s good

For some reasons the WebUI did not answer any browser request. Eventually I did a reset last night and today the device is under …. monitoring. I’ll see how things are going within the next days.
