Trying to change pan IDs of all devices on ConnectPort X4 network

Hi everyone. I have an X4 network set up from the ConnectPort kit, which is set up with a PAN ID of 0. The kit comes with the wall router and light/temp sensor, which are enclosed, so you can only really change their settings from the CP’s coordinator. I wanted to change everything over to a PAN ID of 0x00000000000073DD, so I started with the sensor (an endpoint device), changing its PAN via the CP’s web interface. Then changed the wall router the same way, and changed my other router (connected to my laptop via a USB explorer), and changed the CP’s PAN last. But when I refreshed the CP’s network view, it isn’t seeing any of the devices except for itself. When I do a node discover on my router connected to my computer, I can see the other wall router (and once I saw the sensor, but not now?), which has a MY address of FFFE, meaning it hasn’t joined a network. What’s going on, and how can I get the CP to see all my devices again? I tried setting the CP’s PAN back to 0, to no avail. Is there any way to verify or change the other device’s PAN IDs? They all use AT firmware though (except for the CP)…

Thanks!

Leave the PAN ID of the CP-X how you want it set, then hit the reset switch of your routers 4 times, which will basically issue an ATNR0 to them. You may need to do this multiple times before it will finally show up associated to your CP-X again. Once it associates to the CP-X, use the CP-X WebUI to set/apply the PAN ID of your routers to match the CP-X’s PAN ID.
