Upload to etherios with DIA presentation idigi_db produces error -13

Hi, when running DIA on ConnectPort X4 I get the following error when trying to upload data to etherios cloud

ERROR:idigi_db0:Unsuccessfully uploaded sample4.xml to iDigi.(Err: -13 Errmsg: )

I could not find any information online on this error. Any suggestions?

You are using old DIA, upgrade to latest one.
You dont have to include Presentation which sends data to device cloud, It is included by default.i.e, edp_upload
