Is there a way to create accounts with different privileges for web based management? We would also like another account with full access besides having to log in as root to the web based management.

No, you do not have this ability with our TS product line. Only ‘root’ can access the web and you cannot create other users with ‘root’ privleges nor web access.
If an option, our Console mgmt products (CM, Passport) does have this ability.
