Video and FTDI drivers

Hi:
I have a device with this two drivers.
• C039_Win10Logo_Drv_x64_V10.2801.64.103_Install.exe – video

  • FTDI CDM DRIVER PACKAGE VCP DRIVER AND BUS/D2XX
    When I use the camera it appears with noise inside the image.
    And the other controller appears as unknown.
    What can I do?

Since this doesn’t sound like a known issue, some troubleshooting will likely need to be performed. With that said, I suggest creating a support case with Digi by emailing tech.support@digi.com with details of the issue (e.g. any related screenshots).
