Watchport/V2 Image problem

The picture from my camera is distorted to the point that it almost looks like noise. I’ve noticed that occasionally it clears up if I move it or touch it, but as soon as I stop the problem returns.

The camera is installed on a Windows XP Media Center machine.

Any thoughts on what would be the problem or where I can go from here?
