WR11 Not connecting to ppp and restart

Hello, I own a Digi TransPort WR11 cellular router but I cannot make it work. I updated the firmware to the newest available (http://ftp1.digi.com/support/firmware/transport/ftp/latest/wr11-52196.zip)
, I inserted one sim card (rogers), in the configuration webpage I entered the apn (ltemobile.apn - rogers apn), I saved the config and rebooted the router. The router never connects to the internet and every few minutes my session from configuration web page is being killed (seems like the router reboots?). I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
Here is the part of the log file I managed to copy:

from the partial eventlog it looks like the router is trying to connect to cellular network and is trying to authenticate with the provider

17:54:03, 08 Sep 2017,PPP 1 Start IPCP
17:54:03, 08 Sep 2017,PPP 1 Start AUTHENTICATE
17:54:03, 08 Sep 2017,PPP 1 Start LCP
17:54:03, 08 Sep 2017,PPP 1 Start

if you try to load a previous firmware does it work?

if you flashwrite the new firmware to the unit (remember this will wipe the device)

then add APN other cellular information does that work if not

please contact tech support with the debug.txt file

regards

James

Hi, thanks for the reply. I upgraded the firmware because the router did not work with the older one…

This log file is not “partial”… after the
PPP 1 Start IPCP
the router seems to reboot. It kicks me out from the configuration web page and I need to login again.
The eventlog is being emptied and the whole process starts again until next PPP 1 Start IPCP…
