Write a kernel module to blink one LED at kernel space

Hello Team,

I am using a ConnectCore 6UL digi board with DEY 2.4, Yocto version – rocko and Linux version - Linux 4.9.81 armv7l.
Now I would like to add a kernel module to blink one LED in the kernel space. Can you please help me with the steps to do that LED blinking at kernel space.

Given below the LED details which can be used for this purpose.
