I have an X2D gateway that is experiencing frequent disconnects. DRM’s Device Connection History says “Reason for Disconnect: Connection reset by peer”. Search for that disconnect reason says that the connection is possibly being affected by equipment killing the connection. I assume this means something at the customer’s site is interrupting the gateway’s connection. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before and what was said to someone at the site to correct the problem?
