Connectport X2 disconnected after reset factory defaults

Few days back, from iDigi platform, I reset my Connectport X2 installed on a remote site to its factory defaults and the device is showing “disconnected” status ever since. I asked an on-site person to reset the power and also unplug/plug-in the ethernet cable. But, nothing helps. I checked the routing table of the router to which X2 is connected and it doesn’t show up there too.

What are my options to bring the device back on? I would really appreciate any help.



Are you able to see the device in Digi device discivery tool?
Are you able to telnet to the device? If yes, set the DNS settings I.E., issue the command #set network, and reboot the device.
