XBee Industrial Gateway Ethernet: how to get access for configuration with SSH ?

I’m trying to configure the gateway without the HTTP server via SSH. But I can get only access to the python configuration.
My questions:

  1. Is it not possible, to get a similiar configuration page using SSH instead of the HTTP server ?
  2. If this is the case, how can I setup a user / password for the HTTP server ?
