xbee s2 - problem with changing from end device to router

hi everyone,
i’ve tried to change from ED to RT but it failed.
It warned " Could not open output file".
My XBEE is XB24-ZB.
Please help me !!!

How are you connecting the radio to the PC?
How are you trying to change the firmware? What are your exact steps?
