XBEE S2C Modules, Firmware version 401B , NOT DETECTED IN X-CTU .

I’m using XBEE S2C module, it’s pretty old, and my X-CTU can’t detect the firmware.
Where can I find 401B files or how do i update the firmware? I m communicating using USB to serial adapter
