xbee s2c: Function 4060 - not found in xctu

I connected the Xbee s2c module to windows 10 and added the radio module to xctu,but xctu could not find firmware for the connected device. It is showing “?” in the place of “ZB”. I tried to update the radio firmware with the following two options.

  1. Look for and install new firmware: I got the following response
    No new firmware found.
  2. Install legacy firmware package: This option also did not work.

Please suggest me appropriate solution.

Download & install XCTU newest version will solve this problem
