XBee S2C not detected by the XCTU when connected through the XBee expolrer USB dongle. Can anyone help me regarding this

Hi,

I am trying to configure the XBee S2C module using the XCTU via the XBee explorer dongle.
But the XCTU is not discovering the device.

Can anyone help me regarding this?
