Zigbee MODEM does not work correctly after exiting command mode

We can ignore this question.

I am able to put the Zigbee Pro MODEM into command mode and configure it correctly. But then I exit command mode the MODEM does not respond correctly. How do I make sure the MODEM is ready for normal operation after I exit the command mode?

I am not sure I understand your question. If the device is properly configured, it will associate with the parent router or coordinator that is allowing Joining.
