May I Connect 2 Fingerprint Scanners Digitalpersona 4500HD to an AnywhereUSB 2 port and Get both sensors returning they internal serial ID ? or it is necesary to use 1 to 1 ( 1 AnywhereUSB to a Fingerprint scanner)?

Yes you can do it.
You can connect but both the scanners can be accessed by one host machine at the same time. If other host machine wants to connect to the scanners the first host machine has to disconnect AUSB/2.
