AccelePort 8r 920-PCI DB9 Pinout

I am looking for the pinout for the RS232 db78 to db9 octopus cable. Because this is what I think I have. I have found the pinout for the RS422, but not the RS232.

How would I tell the difference in the cables if it is RS232 vs RS422?

Though the two RS232 cables listed are terminated in DB25, since DB25 and DB9 are both standards it should be easy enough to figure out the conversion. I found this doing a google search, which may be of some assistance doing the conversion:
